Sharon Yvonne Stone (born March 10 in 1959) was born in Meadville Pennsylvania to Dorothy Lawson an accountant and Joseph William Stone Jr., a tool and Die maker who previously worked as a worker for an industrial company. Michael, Kelly, Patrick and Dorothy Lawson are her siblings. Stone was considered to be an academically talented child when she began two grades when she was five. Saegertown School located in Saegertown Pennsylvania is her school of choice for highschool. Her graduation was in 1975. In addition, she competed in Miss Pennsylvania. Miss Pennsylvania pageant and won Miss Crawford County. Stone and her aunt relocated out of New Jersey to New Jersey to start a modelling career in the year 1977. They joined the Ford Modeling Agency after a couple of months. The next step was Europe where she spent one year within Milan, Paris and other cities. But, Stone became disillusioned with modeling and fashion within Europe she decided to take up acting while in the country. Woody Allen's film, "Stardust Memories", received mixed reviews when she was 20.
