Andree Martinez

Andree is a native of Chihuahua, Chihuahua Mexico and was raised to El Paso, Texas. She has entertainment gene within her family. As a young girl growing up, she was around television show hosts, like her sibling, Karla Martinez (Host of Univision's Despierta America! (1997)) and the family musicians and guitarists. Andrew Martinez is vice president of Safety Security and Business Resiliency at Southern California Edison (SCE) One of the biggest electric utilities in the United States. SCE has made safety of workers as well as security of the corporate environment a primary concern. Martinez is responsible for all of the activities and programs specifically focused on those areas. Martinez offers safety leaders in every aspect of the business mentorship professional programs, as well as support for them to achieve the safety goals that their particular work teams. Prior to his appointment in the current role, Martinez was the director of Safety Training and Compliance for Transmission & Distribution at SCE. Before that, he worked as the director of Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services at SCE. In his 30 years at SCE, he was in various leadership roles in the corrective action program and the performance improvement process, which included positions at the Onofre Nuclear Generating Station.
